GROW (Guided Reflexive Orofacial Wellness) is for growing children ages 2 through 11. Guide is for patients 12 and older, where most growth has already happened and therapy guides the patient into improved function.


The live days focus on assessment, design and hands-on work. A recorded pre-course, GroundWork, is completed beforehand.

RestOralase and BabyLase

Where learning becomes doing, through The Synergy Academy.

RestOralase and BabyLase

RestOralase is non-surgical laser therapy for children and adults. BabyLase is non-surgical laser therapy for babies under the age of two.


Manual release, laser-assisted release and soft tissue work are taught. Surgical release is a different procedure, performed by providers trained and licensed for it, and is not part of this curriculum.
